1.  How long do I have to work?

This is a project based position with no fixed hours. We match teachers and students based on availability. Sometimes, there are more teachers than students and some teachers go a while without a student.

2. What form of employment is this?

Our teachers in Level Up are recruited into a pool of educators. The Level Up Teaching Pool is a diverse network of talented and passionate educators in practice and at heart who have a skill or knowledge they would like to share to help elevate lives.

Joining the teaching pool is a project-based arrangement. You are not an employee of Level Up but a contractor. Level Up is partnering up with you as an individual and engaging your services as an educator in the event that there's a student who would need your help.

3. How much do I get paid?

Teachers are compensated per hour of their teaching. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Level Up Teaching Protocol, all teachers will be compensated 80% of the base rate of the tuition received by Level Up.

The hourly rate with which a teacher is paid varies depending on the subject taught, which in turn, depends on one's level of expertise and capability as determined by Level Up recruitment team.

The hourly amount will be no less than 200.00php per hour.
