Arnis

Did you know that Arnis is the national martial art of the Philippines? Arnis is most commonly learned with double stick, however it can also be performed with single stick, knives, or even barehand. Arnis is also a great martial art to learn not only to gain appreciation for the Filipino cultural heritage but also to help equip students for combat and self defence.

This one on one coaching is for students who wish to learn Arnis. By taking this session, one can learn how to do basic strikes, double stick fighting techniques and single stick fighting techniques and drills.

Levels( Beginner - Advanced)

     Beginner: Has zero or very little knowledge of Arnis

     Intermediate: Has prior Arnis experience

     Advanced: Has competed or been practicing Arnis for a few years.

1 session = 1 hour +/- 5 minutes for starting and ending the session.

*Taking 3 or 10 sessions is not enough to master Arnis. We suggest taking more sessions and increasing your exposure to the craft by consistently practicing for best results.
